Mountain Bike Transport

As part of our continued commitment to provide a customer based service Alistair’s Taxis can now offer a mountain bike transport, transfers and bike tour service with our top of the range Burtech 8 bike trailer to transfer your bikes and luggage to all areas of Scotland and the UK.

Mountain Biking Holidays in Scotland are becoming increasingly popular and there are some well established long distance walking routes which make for excellent biking.  We are more than happy to assist with mountain bike transport & transportation anywhere across the UK but our local popular long distance biking routes are as follows:

• West Highland Way – transporting you and your bikes from Fort William back to Milngavie/Glasgow.
• Coast to Coast route across Scotland – transporting you and your bikes from your route’s end location to your starting point.  Our most popular route is bringing riders and their bikes back from Stonehaven or Montrose to Fort William or Glen Elg.  There is an alternative route from Oban to St Andrew’s too.
• The Hebridean Way – pickup from Uig or Ullapool Ferry Terminals and transporting you and your bikes back to Oban.

Coming from England?  No problem, we can offer bike transportation to or from the Highlands to anywhere in the UK.

Flying into Scotland? Alistair’s Taxis is a popular choice for Airport pickup and can transport you and your bikes to your starting point.
